The location on Gran Vía is stellar, making it easy to explore the city during downtime. The hotel's 24-hour reception was convenient for my late-night arrivals, and the express check-in made for a smooth start. I appreciated the well-designed business center, which offered reliable Wi-Fi and quiet spaces to focus. The bar/lounge area provided a perfect backdrop for informal meetings over coffee. It's worth noting, however, that there were no water bottles available at reception in the morning, which might be a downside for hydration-minded travelers. The rooms are comfortable, featuring a modern aesthetic that feels conducive to a productive mindset. I will say I missed having a kettle for tea-an essential for any long day of meetings. If you're looking for functionality paired with comfort, Vincci Capitol checks those boxes. With a mix of accessible amenities and a prime location, I'd consider returning for my next business trip to Madrid.
